Will I know if patients open their messages?


Yes. When you’re logged into your Patient Education Genius account, your tracking dashboard displays, in-real-time, when the education is sent and when it is opened. Note: there are optional “Re-Send” buttons.
If a patient doesn’t view the shared materials, Patient Education Genius gently reminds the patient with nudges. Over time, we send a series of three reminders to encourage patients to open and view their materials. Once patients review all of their materials, they receive a “Well Done!” message.
